  • Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

    Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, there will be a briefing session about the trek, including permit preparation and gear check.

  • Day 02 Drive to Koto (2,600 m) via Besisahar and Dharapani – 8–9 hrs

    A scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway takes you through green hills, rivers, and traditional villages. Lunch at Besisahar, then continue by off-road jeep following the Marsyangdi River valley, passing Chame and Dharapani before reaching Koto — the gateway to Nar Phu Valley.

  • Day 03 Trek to Meta (3,560 m) – 6–7 hrs

    After registering at the restricted area checkpoint, follow the narrow forested trail beside Phu Khola. The route winds through pine and fir forests, small waterfalls, and suspension bridges before climbing steeply to Meta — a high plateau with amazing views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II.

  • Day 04 Trek to Phu Village (4,080 m) – 7–8 hrs

    Today’s trek passes through barren, rugged landscapes dotted with ancient chortens and small settlements like Chyaku and Kyang. The views of Kangaru Himal and Pisang Peak are spectacular. Crossing a final suspension bridge brings you to Phu Village, one of the most beautiful and culturally intact settlements in the Himalayas.

  • Day 05 Acclimatization and Exploration in Phu

    Spend a full day exploring Phu and its surroundings. Visit the Tashi Lhakhang Monastery, listed as one of the 108 greatest Buddhist monasteries in the world. You can also hike up to Himlung Base Camp (4,850 m) for superb mountain views and better acclimatization.

  • Day 06 Phu to Nar Phedi (3,490 m) – 6 hrs

    Descend from Phu, crossing rocky gorges and bridges. The trail leads down to Mahendra Pul before a gradual climb to the Nar Phedi Monastery, where you’ll spend the night in a simple but serene monastery guesthouse, surrounded by prayer flags and chanting monks.

  • Day 08 Rest & Exploration Day in Nar

    This is a valuable acclimatization day before crossing Kang La. Hike up to a nearby ridge for stunning views of Pisang Peak and Kangaru Himal, or simply relax and observe local life in the village.

  • Day 14 Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho Lake (4,919m)

    From Tilicho Base Camp, trekkers embark on a steep but rewarding climb to the world-renowned Tilicho Lake, one of the highest alpine lakes in the world. The trail gradually ascends through rocky slopes and moraine, with breathtaking views of Tilicho Peak and surrounding ridges. As the elevation increases, the air becomes thinner, making the climb physically demanding but manageable with slow and steady pacing. Upon reaching the lake, trekkers are greeted by its brilliant turquoise waters, framed by snow-covered peaks, creating a scene of absolute serenity. This day is considered challenging due to the steep ascent and high altitude, requiring careful acclimatization, physical fitness, and determination.   • Day 15 Tilicho Lake to Thini Village / Thini Cave via Mesokanta La Pass (5,120m)

    Day four is the highlight of the trek — crossing the spectacular Mesokanta La Pass. Starting early in the morning, trekkers follow a trail that gradually climbs through rocky and glacial terrain toward the pass. From Mesokanta La, you are rewarded with panoramic views of Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and the Mustang valley, making it one of the most scenic high passes in Nepal.   • Day 17 Jomsom to Pokhara (Drive – 6–7 hours)

    After completing your trek and enjoying your morning in Jomsom, you will begin the scenic drive to Pokhara. The journey follows the Kali Gandaki Valley, passing through the lush farmland, apple orchards, and traditional villages of Mustang. You’ll drive along winding mountain roads that reveal breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The contrast between Mustang’s arid landscapes and the greenery closer to Pokhara is remarkable. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you can relax by Phewa Lake, take a stroll along the lakeside promenade, or simply rest after several days of high-altitude trekking. Pokhara offers comfortable accommodations, a variety of restaurants, and beautiful sunset views over the mountains.
